By using polariserp.com and its tools (ROI calculator, recipe simulator, restaurant audit, demo request form), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Services
This is a marketing website. It presents information about the Polaris ERP platform and provides free tools that estimate costs and returns. All resulting numbers are estimates for planning purposes only and are not a guarantee of actual results.
2. Accurate information
When you submit a form, you agree to provide truthful, current information. We reserve the right to refuse or end communication if information is materially misleading.
3. Intellectual property
All content (text, logos, designs, code, tool calculations) is owned by Polaris Technology FZE and protected under UAE, KSA, and international law. Copying, scraping, or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to servers or databases.
- Do not use automated tools (scrapers/bots) to extract content.
- Do not submit data or content that violates law or third-party rights.
- Do not bypass API rate limits.
5. Third-party services
We use services including Google Analytics, Meta, WhatsApp Business, Cal.com, and Stripe. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Disclaimer
The site and tools are provided "as is", without any express or implied warranty. We do not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service. The ROI calculator and estimators are for educational purposes and are not financial advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polaris Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from use of the site. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed AED 100.
8. Product subscription terms
These terms govern use of the website only. Subscription to the actual Polaris ERP platform is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) provided at contract.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai. For customers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, applicable KSA law shall also apply where relevant.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
