Polaris Technology respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you visit polariserp.com, request a demo, or use our tools (ROI calculator, recipe simulator, restaurant audit).

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Contact data you give us voluntarily: name, email, phone, restaurant name, role.
• Usage data: IP address (SHA-256 hashed), user-agent, pages viewed, events (button clicks, form completion).
• Cookies: session, language preference, and analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM).

3. Legal basis

• Consent: when you submit a demo form or message us on WhatsApp.
• Legitimate interest: product improvement, security, fraud prevention, measuring marketing performance.
• Legal obligation: record-keeping under UAE and KSA regulations.

4. How we use your data

• Reply to your demo request within 1 business hour.
• Send an educational email sequence (unsubscribe in any message).
• Personalise content by country and language.
• Measure ad campaign effectiveness on Meta and Google.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, email, WhatsApp Business).
• Analytics platforms: Google Analytics 4, Meta Conversions API — only hashed events are sent (email and phone as SHA-256).
• Government authorities upon valid legal request.

6. Retention

We keep lead data for 24 months from the last interaction, then delete or anonymise it. Event logs: 12 months.

7. Your rights (UAE PDPL + KSA PDPL)

• Access, correct, or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Port your data to another provider.
• Object to processing for marketing purposes.
• Lodge a complaint with the competent authority (UAE Data Office / SDAIA).

8. Security

HTTPS enforced, IP hashing, strict CSP headers, CSRF protection, rate limiting. No system is 100% secure but we update our practices continuously.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in the UAE, EU, and US (cloud providers). We ensure equivalent protection through standard contractual clauses.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The new date appears at the top; for material changes we will notify you by email.
