Do I need to switch my POS?

No. Polaris sits on top of your existing POS via API. We support Foodics, Square, Lavu, Zeus, Toast, and more — or you can use our own POS (included in every plan). No change to your day-to-day operations.
Do prices include VAT?

Prices exclude KSA 15% VAT. VAT is itemised separately on every tax invoice we issue, so you can claim input tax from ZATCA.
Are there setup fees?

Standard setup fee is SAR 2,499 (one-time). Waived on every annual plan — instant SAR 2,499 saving on day one. Setup includes data migration, recipe build, POS integration and staff training.
How long does onboarding take?

Can I manage multiple outlets from one screen?

Why annual billing only?

Onboarding, training and data migration takes our team 5–14 dedicated days before you save your first riyal.
